OBEXFactory.GetHeader Method 

constructs obex header object from bytes received if header type is recognized and supported instance of proper OBEXHeader object is returned. For example if there is OBEX NAME header new OBEXName is returned. By default base class instance is returned

Return Value

new offset = AnOffset + number of bytes used to construct the returned object
